How ironic it is that just yesterday I replaced my old skeletool (now lost) with a new one, this time the 154CM steel-bladed CX version. Before I did, however, I had a quick look on Leatherman's website to see if there's anything new I should look at first. Nope... nothing there. So I bought the Skeletool CX.  

So I come in to work this morning, check email and there's one from Leatherman - telling me all about their new tools, the Wingman and Sidekick, which should be available worldwide by September 2011. 

Actually, these are budget orientated, so probably not quite the same quality that I'm use to. They're not quite as minimalist as the Skeletool either, which is partly what I like about it. So these new models may not have changed my mind anyway... but its always good to go into any purchase armed with information first.
