KFDU regular and Yakass member Peter Bostock (AKA Slim) has taken one for the team in order to demonstrate to the uninitiated of us how to go about removing an embedded treble hook from impaled flesh. This is actually really useful information for any fishos, not least of all the kayak fraternity, though I should add that the demonstration is pretty graphic and not for the squeemish at heart. Then again, those of us fishing with hooks of this size have no business being squeemish in the first place.
